How Customers Provide Consent


Tenants, property owners, and vendors provide written SMS consent at the time they sign their lease agreement, property management agreement, or vendor service agreement.

The agreement includes the following SMS consent clause:

“I agree to receive SMS text messages from Keymara Southern California Property Management regarding leasing updates, maintenance coordination, appointment scheduling, account notifications, and operational communications.
