Keymara Southern California Property Management  uses SMS messaging for service-related and conversational communications only.

How Customers Provide Consent

Tenants, property owners, and vendors provide written SMS consent at the time they sign their lease agreement, property management agreement, or vendor service agreement.

The agreement includes the following SMS consent clause:

“I agree to receive SMS text messages from Keymara Southern California Property Management regarding leasing updates, maintenance coordination, appointment scheduling, account notifications, and operational communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
