Craig Thompson

Craig Thompson serves as Vice President of Operations and Managing Broker for Keymara’s Southern California property management program, bringing more than 18 years of experience in commercial and residential property management. He oversees operations while working closely with property owners to ensure consistent service, communication, and portfolio performance.
Craig is a licensed real estate broker in California, Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, and holds the CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) designation from the National Apartment Association. A long-time Southern California resident and Air Force veteran, he brings a disciplined, service-oriented approach to supporting property owners and investment portfolios. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, a local attorney, and their 13-year-old daughter.

Gabriela Benitez
Operations Manager
Gabriela is a valued member of Keymara Property Management Southern California, bringing over a decade of experience in multifamily and luxury residential management, with prior roles including On-site Manager, Office Administrator, and Property Manager and a strong history of supporting day-to-day operations. Her expertise spans financial management, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cost efficiency, all of which support smooth operations and consistent adherence to fair housing laws and local regulations. With experience throughout the Greater Los Angeles and West Hollywood regions, Gabriela manages operational priorities, enhances workflow systems, and ensures strong communication between owners, residents, and vendors. Recognized for her organization, reliability, and leadership, Gabriela plays a key role in improving operational performance, resident satisfaction, and long-term asset stability.

Matthew is an indispensable member of Keymara, who brings over 9 years of experience in property management and construction previously serving as the Maintenance Coordinator and playing a pivotal role in our daily operations. His extensive experience and construction knowledge are invaluable in guiding owners through challenging decisions during the repair process. With a deep-rooted passion for property management honed over years of engagement with rental properties, vendors, and tenants, Matthew skillfully manages all maintenance-related issues and inspections.
