We are pleased to share and ask you to meet Craig Thompson, who is serving as Vice President of Operations and Managing Broker for our Southern California property management program.


Extensive Professional Experience


Craig brings more than 18 years of experience in both commercial and residential property management, with a strong track record of supporting owners and investment portfolios through a strategic, results-driven approach. He oversees property management operations while working closely with owners to ensure consistent service delivery, clear communication, and strong performance across the portfolio.


He is a licensed real estate broker in California, Texas, Florida, Georgia, and North and South Carolina, and holds the CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) designation from the National Apartment Association (NAA). This credential reflects advanced expertise in property management operations, leadership, and portfolio oversight at scale.


Craig’s depth of experience allows him to bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence to every level of the management process, ensuring properties are supported with both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.


A Little More About Craig


A long-time Southern California resident, Craig is also an Air Force Veteran, bringing a disciplined and service-oriented approach to his leadership style. He values structure, communication, and accountability, principles that directly translate into strong operational performance and reliable client service.


Outside of the office, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife, a local attorney, and their 13-year-old daughter. Family remains an important part of his life and helps ground his leadership approach with perspective and balance.
