Most importantly, the same trusted Property Solutions team you know will continue to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring continuity, consistency, and a seamless experience.
Keymara Property Management will continue to be led by Kerry Vanderwaag, along with the existing Property Solutions team—your dedicated partners who understand your clients, your expectations, and the local market.

This merger is designed to create meaningful value for our agent partners. Our enhanced referral program offers monthly payouts equal to 10% of the management fee for three years, as long as the property remains under our management. This applies to every owner you refer who signs with us, creating ongoing income while your clients receive expert care.
Protecting Relationships
Our property management team does not participate in real estate sales. When managed clients decide to buy or sell, they are always referred back to the originating agent. For clients not associated with a referring agent, they will be placed into our leads program—ensuring fairness, transparency, and respect for agent relationships.
